I agree CPRK is a decent OTC stock

The apparent subterfuge when it comes to transparency efforts by the front office is my concern.

Operationally I think they are doing a pretty good job. (Thank our lucky stars or maybe somebodies prayers to the mining goddess were answered... but good old sweat effort seems to be the key here.)

Financially speaking: Utilizing the current business model state to leverage and produce additional revenue from stock sales has been piss poor...at best.

I am betting the effort to obtain LT Financing is probably stalled as well because of the state of the business office. Which obviously includes the financials.
