Yes, Colorado in spirit that is the concept. But while a company is A PINK SHEET they have no requirements that they are legally bound. All I need is @ $75,000.00 an attorney and an accountant and I can set myself up as a pink. All I need is an idea for a service or a product. I do not need any Real Estate, any offices, any equipment, any trucks, any employees, or any real intentions for that matter of ever becoming a successful company for whatever widget I propose. I do need a P.O. box and so long as I package my Idea the right way I will be able to sell shares in the company. Until there isn't anyone there to buy them anymore.
