Another slow growing breast cancer patient died.

How could that be possible. We thought for sure she was in the slow growing bunch....
Do you say to her family Sorry we were wrong about the slow growing part or gosh we never anticipated the matastisis in a slow growing cancer....Or do you say lets do a re-do on that one...OR DO YOU JUST REMOVE THE CANCER AT ITS EARLY STAGE?
