Opportunity stated: "A medical misdiagnosis may be the result of medical malpractice when:

• Early detection tests are not ordered because of cost considerations
• A Doctor hastily offers a diagnosis without a proper medical evaluation
• A Doctor fails to order necessary tests to help diagnose or rule out cancer"

Tell me then, Why are doctors not being sued for failure to administer DR-70 tests? It is FDA approved.

Tell me, Why are doctors not being sued for failure to use the Panacea HaaH test? It is available and would detect cancer.

Failure to do what is expected of a doctor is malpractice. Even if RECAF was approved, it may never sell. DR-70 has been FDA approved for over a year and it is not selling.
