Try UBID.com Got a nice Sony 18" for a couple hundred Refurbished but two years ago I bought and was like new with all paperwork. Bought a lot of computers from there for bus and family never had a problem

try ebay. search for Microtec. they make good 18 inchers cheaper than anyone else I know of.
