It isn't invalid for you to warn people about a company they should be warned about. Feel free... since you are. It is invalid for you to do so based on obvious fictions or blatant error in your assumptions... as you have done here... and no more valid for you to do so based only on your "opinions", when your opinions aren't based on anything more valid than what you have shown thus far... which is in error.
Thus far, the sum value I see in yours is that you don't think companies should be allowed to raise money in the market or take risks, or that investors shouldn't be allowed to provide money to them or take risks in the market, unless they do so in particular markets or under particular rule sets that you approve of... ?
Well, thanks for the input, but... I don't agree. What you offer is destruction of innovation and risk taking we need to have enabled in order to succeed in the future... forcing small businesses to be held hostage to big banks who intend to take their assets rather than help them succeed ? Unamerican, IMO.
Still only leaves me wondering why you bother wasting time here... when we who are here for a reason seem to understand this market... and you clearly do not... and seem to have no interest in learning from those who know more than you do ?
I'm not here for a P&D... rather than to look for a little MORE in terms of good quality DD on a company I already know something about. So far, I'm not getting anything other than invalid opinion.
