RPRX – Proellex R.I.P. Let there be no further doubt that Proellex is not going to make it to market. Not in any indication. Not ever.

The good news is that readers of this board can now be spared the banal assertion by certain posters that Proellex was destined to become “the largest-selling drug in the history of Women’s Heath.”

p.s. Does anyone know if David Miller still has RPRX in his recommended portfolio?

RPRX -

Still, iwfal says there
must be a benign explanation for all this because he’s sure this company is not a scam.

You might want to reread my posts without your rage going. In order to make your search easier:

a) I think I probably used the word 'benign' as well.

b) Try the RPRX board

[it was not previously disclosed that this number was >9, but it was obvious to those who read between the lines],

1 at a dose of 25 mg per day [another consequential detail that was deliberately omitted from prior PR’s]

These are not only incorrect, but multiply incorrect in the case of "9". "9" was disclosed multiple times. Even the one case in 25mg was disclosed previously.

PS I agree that this PR does have more 'disconnects' with previous PRs that need to be explained before moving on. They just aren't so extreme as you paint them. I don't have qualms with your claiming this an example of Dew being brighter than everyone else - but just not as strongly as you have done it.

PPS Now I would agree that Proellex is, >90% probability, toast from a combination of liver tox and lack of money to get to through the safety database. Thank God for that liver tox, eh?

Class action lawsuit filed against RPRX:

If I were the managing partner of the firm representing the plaintiffs, I would assign the most junior lawyer in the firm to this case. It’s going to be baby simple to establish fraud.
