RPRX:

Even the one case in 25mg was disclosed previously.

It was not previously disclosed that a 25mg patient was reported to the FDA as an SAE, which is the consequential new detail.

You might want to reread my posts without your rage going.

You may be “projecting” your own emotions onto me; rage is about the last thing I’m feeling now that everything I’ve said about this company has been affirmed.

I agree that this PR does have more 'disconnects' with previous PRs that need to be explained before moving on. They just aren't so extreme as you paint them.

In all likelihood, this company is now headed for a Chapter 7 filing, but iwfal says the lapses were not that extreme. Classic!

RPRX <<Thank God for that liver tox, eh?>> My sentiments exactly.

The RPRX haters threw mud at the wall and were lucky that something they did not throw struck the program. The haters never demonstrated that the company was a scam, which in this case would have meant that they'd known for months or years about liver tox. A few days' different disclosure timing would have made no difference to the value of the company or to the price at which most shareholders could have exited. Liver enzymes destroyed Proellex and RPRX was hardly a conspiracy to induce liver tox. Where's the scam motive? Lappe and JP lost a great deal more in this sad debacle than indiv retail investors.
