Just one problem with your plan here meeke. You put them in jail and who will you trade stocks with? Unfortunately we cannot put the MM's out of business. We must hurt them in different ways. They still are valuable and have a place in the system!

Meeke I do not agree with that at all. We have to choose which battle to fight. Is it better for the company to fight this NSS problem openly or is it better to just move along as I stated in the post that your are replying to? I believe it is better to just move along. CMKM is a pink sheet company with very limited funds. We cannot afford to get entangled in legal battles that could drag on for years only to see it thrown out in court as so many others are. The establishment knows about NSS, let them deal with it, they have the limitless pockets. Urbie needs money for his passion (race cars), we need money for ourselves and our honeys (family).
It is noble to fight for what is right, but sometimes you have to leave the fighting for those more equipped to win. It takes great sums of money for this kind of fight. I believe CMKM has choosen the correct path giving the dividends shares/cash and eventually moving to another exchange where this practice does not go on. Give the proof to the SEC, DTC, Elliot Spitzer for all I care, but move on with Rogers guidance and let's drill some holes and find some diamonds. We need to make some money.
