owclar BY not fighting the NSS issue, you are more or less saying it's OK to short the hell out of a stock. That is the wrong MESSAGE to send to the M&Ms. The right MESSAGE would be to PROVE the NSS issue in a CORT of LAW, with all the PRESS watching and REPORTING.

How to srart this LAW REFORM imo would be to:

# 1 Move to NAS. Small Cap, Amax, or even OTC:bb
# 2 Show the goods by proving VALUATION
# 3 Make the M&Ms PAY through Dividends cash/stock
# 4 DRAG them to COURT kicking and screeming, Prove the NSS PROBLEM does exist. Take thier Money, Put them in JAIL, Then MOVE ON.
MAKE your place in HISTORY for the WORLD to SEE.
