I think it is more of a formality to comply with the covenants of the bonds. There is no way shareholders will authorize an a/s increase and I intend to be very vocal about it when I have the time. Now that Ribotsky is under investigation (about 2.5 years too late but better late then never) Kiwa should really be very proactive talking to the authorities and the financial press so everyone is aware of how he manipulates the pps.
