the lies and misleading pr's is what makes this a good class action. easily verifiable lies and fraudulent financials. problem is, where is the money? jared probably does not have a pot to pee in..... the money is with kistler, carnes, douglass, neubauer and the unnamed dudes promoting this turd. (there are many) heck, prove allie lied and there's your fortune. i say go for it! another avenue? wait for the feds to come in.... they will provide all the evidence you need.
