Be very careful with NXIA. It's run by Richard Surber, who's Allen Wolfson's nephew. Wolfson is a crook; he's done more than one jail term for fraud. Look him up at the SEC site.
Richard Surber, who started working for Uncle Allen while still in school, is quite slick, and no dummy. But the SEC is watching him carefully; a few months back they yanked the registration on a number of his companies.
