No interest to buy on the ask. when MM's see that they'll take it down so the new ask is the old bid, easy to fill those unattended limit orders that way too. several million were scooped up in no time......JMO of course

the pps has been drifting down on low volume - when info breaks on the newest aquistion we may see some pressure put on the ask
