This is posted in EVFL's latest financial statement. I, like you Master Of All, believe that the three investors of this note may be exchanging the common stock because they know it is going a lot higher and want to make sure they get in before it's too late. ALL MY OPINION

I have to agree with the statement that the mysterious trades are related to the converted shares. Think about timing on this. New website, getting ready to uplist (which requires a PPS at .25) grant money on the hook, big restructuring under way. Perfect time to convert notes to common stock. I smell an announcement very, very soon. IMO. Hold your shares, you may see more .001 trades and definitely the company is about to speak.
