re; Oh OK , well what alot of our newer GDSM'ers are missing is that WSRA has numerous gold properties in the Bradshaws all within a 20 mile radius. GDSM from what I understand is going to put a processing plant right smack dab in the middle of them. A site that is already determined so as to service ALL of WSRA's claims eventually. Why else would 2 professional miners from WSRA be put on GDSM's board unless this was the long term business plan for the two companies. I'm tellin ya my friend DO NOT SELL AT .05!!! GDSM will eventually have JV's for most if not all of WSRA's properties.WSRA has the properties , and GDSM has the plant for WSRA to run thier ore through with a 50/50 profit agreement. Then what would the scenario price dictate? I see .30 for this one about new years.Thoughts?MT

My SPECULATION of a future Merge will come AFTER the Processing plant is built and Operating. It will give GDSM quite a Leverage into the Merge/Reverse Merge.
a possible Reverse Merge could be like this 1. GDSM "buys" WRSA 2. WRSA actual CEO becomes ceo of GDSM 3. the name Western Sierra is wiped out and Coastal Gold Mining Co stays . 4. One question we should research on is why Jason has chosen the name Coastal?hmmm... Interesting
