hey i'm ok w/ a high a/s count. I mean at these prices we're seeing a market cap of a meager 7.5 mil on a fully diluted basis of 5 bil o/s.

As long as they dont increase the a/s, i feel very, very comfortable putting even just a few hundred $'s down on this bad boy. even if we dont know what the net income's like, 30 mil in revenues must equate to a balance sheet well above 7.5 mil line drawn in this sand...

That's the SCARY! part... kinda "validates" the R/S indication.

"..formally announce their name (& symbol) change.."

Anybody that has been trading these OTCBB/Pinks for awhile fully understands that 99%!! of the time... "name/symbol change" = R/S!
