RFL- that $40-$80B value for DB didn't come from DB. It came from the 2/21/03 radio interview between Tom Allinder and Dr. Mark Hutchinson. Tom is the one who through out that figure and asked Hutchinson to comment on it. If you listen to the interview closely, you will see that Hutchinson didn't confirm it, he couldn't, and he admitted it could be true but no evidence for it. He danced around that figure. I have seen where UC has also quoted that figure, but it is not a DB confirmed figure. It is a speculative figure only. Also, as has been shown before, drilling next to known value doesn't always prove true as shown in 9/01 when R. Walker and companies drilled next to DB #122. Source- SEDAR UCA 9/01 PR.
