i have tried for 3 days to get one of the guys here that has contacts with this dennis guy to find out if we are having a reverse split or not with no results soo i sold my 50 million shares today

with what $$ would EFVL be buying shares with? Does not make sense. Why would they give creditors payment in the form of shares then turn around and use that money to buy back the shares that the creditors are selling? Doesn't make sense.
