The Reorg plan was extended to 10/21, and 12/21 acceptance due to all of the court issues. Which means they need to clear up the 4.4 Billion soon so that they can start working on a plan.

The 7/27 date has one important decision by Walrath which is the Discovery issue brought up by JPM. Hopefully she will kill that so that she can move forward with the 4.4 Billion decision.
