It looks like this may not be an all-or-nothing game. According to what I see from Jay, there are details to be worked out. Maybe I'm reading too much into this, but if there are details, it sort of indicates that MOBL doesn't have to just turn the keys over to YAG and go home. The big question is, will MOBL have enough of a company left over to resume some sort of operation(s).
