#15156 RE: FranklinPeters #15154

This has been mentioned, many times, but even the best guess is still conjecture.

My best guess is that the company has issued X number of shares, the T/A has that same share count too, but when ANVH sent their check to DTC to cover the dividend, it bounced because DTC had a much higher number of shares that needed the dividend paid on them.

Naked Short Selling is the counterfeiting of shares that were sold short but never covered.

All trades go through DTC so their book entry counts may have been much higher than the actual shares issued by the company.

The company has the right NOT to be extorted and have to pay X dollars forever for stock they never issued or got any benefit from.

Just saying the company lied is not enough at this time as there MUST be some logical explanation.

Even though the stock still has a price it is being sold at, there is much more to the float than any of you know, and even at that, the price is still higher than most would guess it would now be.

Yes, I did get my stock transferred out from Scottrade and they still believe they had the right to totally cease and desist the trading of ANVH, not to buy, sell or transfer the issue as DTC is the only entity that can settle those trades.

Now tell me then, how come the stock has NEVER stopped trading or having a market made in it ?

Obviously DTC is still settling those trades and recording the book entries of the trades or someone else is.

This may just be a chill, a watch over the companies stock to see what they will do next, but not a total shut down.

There may even have been a further communication from DTC that the Global Lock was not what Scottrade thought it was, but they missed seeing it.

Yes, I have been selling off until the other day, about half my shares because so much time went by, I needed the money and have lost about half what I have in it.

But as soon as Moshe Goldberg contacted me, I stopped selling them, then yesterday the price rose a little.

Still being traded for a stock that has a Global Lock on it.

So what does it mean to the investor at this time ?
