as far as me agreeing with everything he does or is doing - i don't - however, i'm not going to try and be a monday morning quarterback -

The article I posted says quite clearly:

"Gregory Evans, CEO of Ligatt Security and Sponsor of the weekend, surprised both girls with more than $20,000 in scholarship money."

I have no doubt the scholarship money as well as the funds for sponsorship of the event were a company contribution.
I have no doubt he has employees who are there to work for a paycheck as well.
And I believe he has said before that his company is paying for the cruise for the employees that will be present.

I'd say with just this bit of information there is certainly an income stream from somewhere! You really think it is all from Evans diluting shares? If he values his reputation, I doubt he would be screwing shareholders. Only time will tell, but I do believe his charisma is a plus for Ligatt, and his pride is just waiting to bust the naysayers!

ps.. i do not think you can find anything to cite that Ligatt Security put out that PR. i might be mistaken, but i did not find that on marketwire
