TheDane....no secret that we've been buried in this one for quite some time. But more importantly.....what will the end gains be....? With the downturn of the market in the last year....I think we'll all make out with some excellent returns here. It took awhile.....but even averaging them out for the last 6 years should (hopefully) turn out splendid.

I wouldn't say we're looking to bad right now.....and we aint there yet:
