jufel, CEO/Pres. Bain isn't successful so he needs to resign.

He's not a go getter, salesman, or anything beneficial to this company.

Experience shows he only knows how to: increase authorized shares, issue stock to non-deserving people, tout a company for the purpose of dumping shares, and approve reverse splits.

Oh yeah, and to file for bankruptcy. Bain took this stock down to its present .0001 and earned an exorbitant salary in the meanwhile.

Apparently, he couldn't even be a good financial adviser per the recent lawsuit. My son does a better job and he's 25 yrs. younger than Bain.
