Good reply, good question. I agree- alot less shares at a higher pps to raise required capital.

"private capital/financing would be spent on infomercials." - I don't mind a company diluting 1 million shares to essentially put money into my pocket. an infomercial only translates into brand development, reputation, sales and probably alot more people interested in TSHO. All good for me.

i read an interesting article about selling brands, see if I can dig it up again here. was talking about how even though the shamwow product has a saturated market, is still worth millions of dollars just because it's been built up as a brand name. spongetech did the same sort of deal, i'm sure even if they don't end up selling any more sponges, they could still sell the brand name they built. now i really want to find that article
