I'm curious about the 100k/year being spent on the orvault office. Orvault looks like a suburb of Nantes, which looks like a reasonably sized regional city. I don't know what rents are in europe but it seems to me that $8k a month would buy some serious square footage or meterage pretty much anywhere in the world.
