It does look pretty good. 110 mil for a mil. They're figuring a basis of .009 and change it appears. I wonder if it's just collateral or exactly how it's set up. I know one things for sure, if I loaned out $1,000,000 using 110 million shares as collateral, I sure wouldn't sell those shares for less than .009. It just wouldn't make sense. I'd want in the pennies for those shares. Who knows what the deal is though. The AS doesn't give room to hand over any more though. Yet. And folks forget, if they handed over the shares, it means that Eric has a million bucks to start implementing his buybacks, Ir, and aquisitions. Perhaps he is gonna use the mystery shares for an aquisition. Who knows. I have no idea what the terms for these agreements are but it does seem to be pretty good at face value. I guess we'll see what happens, be it for the good or bad. I'm holding and I have been. No shares are coming from me at these levels. GL~
