Hope I understand this right. We will get One million in funding at the cost of 110 million shares to the funding source. This source will more than likely hang on to those shares for a long time or at least into pennies. Our AS is at 495 million and OS at 494 million. Impossible to dillute without re-filing. I like my chances here and am going to add to my shares. GO STHG
