Well to get to the message board page for the stock first of all you could always click the little heart or whatever on the top of your window and make it one of your favorites then you dont have to always do a search for ihub boards on google. As far as hitting refresh when your reading a post it will just refresh that same page, click the bold underlined Effective Control transport on top of the page and it will take u back the all the posts.
