CMKX valuation....$400B

per todays PR...

$10,000,000 cash +200,000,000,000 billion shares of SGGM@0.10

= $20,010,000,000

SGGM gets a 5% stake of CMKX for this transaction..

therefore

CMKX VALUATION = $20,010,000,000 / 5% = $400B DOLLARS

now i have one and only one question...

WHY all the bashing ?!?!?

flawadira; At $400 billion and 800 billion AS that comes about to $.5 PPS on pure value (if all the AS was authorized) without any other pricing factor. Now remember when UC said that the PPS of CMKX should be around 50-60 cents with out factoring in the NSS covering?

Here is another one Gump..

Apparently CMKX struck kimberlite at 430 feet and is still in it at over 650 feet. Thats what I heard from the other board. This is what Drillbit posted earlier today.

I got a return call from Melvin and he was very tight lipped. He did say:
1. Urban IS at the drillsite

2. the 5X8 mile area of this ONE pipe is not a lie

3. He got the PR yesterday and knows nothing about same as do we actually

4. His wife is still very ill and having a transfusion today


I asked about what was in the overburden and he said "no comment". We talked about geology, minerals and their formation in certain conditions in the geo-time scale.

I like the guy.

Gump Easymonee FWIW

I did some probing around DGM a while back and chatted with a shareholder who also holds CMKX turns out. Peculiar thing that CMKX pops up everywhere? ;)

Anyway asked her if DGM could be CMKX related and she said emphatically NO she had spoke with DGM staff and that was there reply....however they also said they could not rule out Diagem INTERNATIONAL because that was their parent company and they were not informed what they were up to so could not speak for DiaGem International. Which I thought a tad more than coincidental.

Like I say FWIW could be nothing hard to say.

Gump seeing you get this jammed up about CMKX has me chortling this morning. But I appreciate where your coming from hope your right suffice to say getting a whole lot more interesting round these parts. The Roll Up business model theory IMHO holds more water this morning. Positive, but judicious sprinkling of information in this morning's PR more like a clear message to MM's "Buck Up Boys".

If this Blusson guy is found to be involved I'd be over the moon Gump thanks for your input YES I'm listening intently to all you post here so please keep posting delighted to have you on board.

Sure would like some graphics up on website as promised would be easier to understand current drilling. This Oreo which now has grown into a Mega Cookie or however you wish to put it so professional come on Melvin watch what you say PLEASE...
