No, you are looking at it backwards... ARCA is currently at the End/Bottom of the ASK line. It can't (from what I know) step in front of another MM, but it can leave an ASK position and get back in at the end of line, like it just now did. :) That's what i was referring to in my last message, as it seems either they don't want to use their cache or they are just playing games and arent planning to use it at this level.
And it just did the same on the BID side as well...
