Yeah I don't know to make of this move,,,

before though he was talking like KOTC was what was right for them,,,being established and controlling the growth etc,,,..I would have to guess it was either ,,The cost to fully acquire KOTC would have been not worth it,,,which would fit into what you said about him saying he wanted to stay away from didn't work before...Paying too much for growth...

Or KOTC wanted out from the ProE umbrella so they could move quicker and not have to get clearance on evertyhing from the suits....

Either way we have elminated more debt from the comany with this move...

Exactly right, I believe they over paid for KOTC in the first place. It's was smart to let it go bye bye. They were upside down on this investment, KOTC doesn't make that much money, KOTC's many sponsor is Booyaa. I believe Booyaa makes most of there income working for KOTC, website design, posters, etc.
