Look at it this way too. Ive seen some fighters in the reported online payouts get $500 for a fight $1,000 is popular for no names. So say you have a 8 fight card. Eight fighters with average pay of 2,000 each. Thats 16 fighters x $2,000 = 32,000

You can pay king of the cage over 10 million dollars for it or get the no names and make a name out of them for $32,000(i bet alot of kings are cheaper much too).

Now lets see how many events we can have for 10 million at that rate. 312 no name fights

Now we know Pro elite is getting money from strikeforce each show and bully beatdown and received 3 million lets say they used 2 mill to pay off something. 1 millon dollars = 31.25 fight cards...which would be 2.6 fight cards a month. To start you have 6 pay per views the first year like 3 weeks after the event like king does...that makes it profitable. Also Terry said the casinos pay to have King there.

So why buy when you can go solo and already have connections????

Id think buy now Chuck knows Terrys formula....I think I know Terrys formula lol! We can throw the numbers around alot of ways and still come out cheaper. Also chuck could take the company the multimedia direction or other ways.

The reason behind Proelite's purchase of KOTC was to use KOTC as a fighter farm for EliteXC and not because it was making tons of money. With the cash ProElite has It would be really hard to impossible to compete with strikeforce and ufc now (ProElite is a small little company now). So Chuck was smart not to burn through cash with King of the Cage, there was no future. But SPIRIT MC has tons potential, I believe it's the only MMA game in KOREA. Korea doesn't have NBA,NFL,NHL,UFC etc. - SPIRIT MC could be Huge!!! Proelite is a 50% owner? So they don't have to run it. Look at the production level of SPIRIT MC's website and video's, they are extremely high, almost as good as UFC. Plus Spirit MC had a popular reality show called GO!

Turn ProElite into a MMA media company, we already have a good start with Bully Beatdown.

Right Now the market cap for this debt free company is only 1.12m - it's also a good takeover target!
