I don't support naked shorting. Never have.

But what is worse than naked shorting is the continual use of it to try and defend the undefendable. When all else fails pull out the NSS card.

Just tell me why ANVH never told you they hadn't paid for the dividend until it was removed and then subsequently cancelled it entirely. The dividend is long gone. The number of bonafide shares is easy to figure out. The T/A has that info and it could be cleared up in a matter of days. The T/A, has yet again, suspended ANVH and they have been awaiting legal docs for the better part of 3 months.

It's just unacceptable.
