Jim (or anyone), SPCB: Any idea why it's been in BK for months now, and according to the last PR the BK was approved, but still has no "Q" on the ticker? I thought that was pretty much standard practice. Who monitors BK filings and makes it happen?

Of course as you know, the first order of lawyer business day with the BK was the guarantee of pre wages, packages and bonuses to appropriate personal ... meaning all executives probaly kept all their bonuses and benefits .. and then the old shareholders get the boot. It's just never going to change.
