When the Embassy software told me to go activate the TPM in the BIOS there was no provision in the BIOS to accomplish that task.
I could proceed no further with Embassy from that point. It was very difficult to get any information from Dell as there was a serious a language barrier. He said maybe they sent me an old board. He said it should be an Infinion TPM.
