Lloyd...great find and post....NSS has been known for a long time as proven by Patrick Byrne of Overstock.com. He has been on numerous media outlets expressing his frustration and anger over these tactics for years and years...Yet is was only last fall that NSS talk was brought out by the Christopher Cox of the SEC during investigational hearings, which is hilarious considering the SEC denied NSS ever existed....

IMO it is a no brainer and VERY easy to flag this type of abuse by these White Collar criminals....
As a IT professional, a simple....

The percent is arbitrary and Obama seems to be the only person who gives a shit right now....
Something this simple would stop this bullshit.......
