Why Dicon sold cheap?--You are assuming the sellers took their money and ran. I believe they took the money and bought SPNG stock. Also, bet the pres of Dicon stays on as head of manuf and research with bunch of class "B"s as an employment insentive.
(makes even more sence if the deal was done the begin of June--remember the run?)
