and how come the company sold itself for 4 mil if they already had immediate revenue of 10 mil. plz explain

I found this kinda weird at first too.. But then I realized that $10 million in revenue doesn't mean $10 million in profits. If Dicon made $1.5 million in profits from the $10million revenue, then the previous owners could sell Dicon for $4million CASH and keep the extra money. I'd take $4million in cash right off the bat! LOL...
