Hey, I never refuted a court doc either! I refute some people's interpretation of the information in them because they plow through them and stop at the points that can be taken out of context and skewed to paint the picture of a scam. I try to dig through them to get a complete idea of the full range of possibilities. But people with a predetermined agenda to bash are incapable of doing that.
I still contend that the activities related to the BK case say a lot about the legitimacy and potential of this company. Without the information gleaned from the BK case documents it would be a lot easier to convince me that it was all a scam too. But why would anyone fight so hard for something that is a complete scam and is destined for failure in the end anyway? They would be more likely to force CH7 and take what little bit they could get from it. The fact that everyone is fightig so diligently in CH11 indicates that there is much to fight for and they expect the company to become profitable eventually. I don't contest that the process of being dragged through this current financial rut has sucked for everyone involved, especially the common shareholders. But the financial condition of the company has never been obscured from potential and current investors who cared to investigate a little.
