O/S has to be over a Billion easy by now,obfuscation by SPNG mgmt is pretty apparent here by hiding the O/S--its so obvious

Gee, how many stock trade over their float in one day?
If you didn't notice, this POS traded 115 million today.
Most stocks don't trade over 5% of their float in a day.

Another point people forget is that management owns a lot of shares! Invest now by buying back shares at .11c and now the shares they own are worth that much more on a decreased o/s! The difference in buying back 50mil shares at these levels could be 10s of millions of dollars in the long run! Think about it! People would have us believe that spng is a horrible scam and only reasons it exist is to sell shares! I agree they will be selling shares just not on the OTC and anywhere near these levels! LOL!
