If SPNG didn't need to dilute to purchase Dicon then they didn't raise the O/S.

It's pretty clear the maximum O/S and float are 722mm and 370mm respectively.

I don't think I have to tell you that Steven has now put his neck out on the line. I don't think he would make a statement to that effect knowing full well the consequences of what he said don't jive.

For the moment I would say it's reasonably ok to think that perhaps no shares were sold in regards to this aquisition.
