I hate to admit, I ever "invested" in the company..Living in Vegas, I saw EVERY office they has were Phoney, and executive suite or postal box.. and if you did a thorough DD on the land, they did not even OWN the land, they had "mineral" rights for 2-5 years, Hence any rights are now expired.
Only hope of every recovering ANYTHING would be a SIPIC claim against Knight, et al since SEC did not clamp dowm sooner. and that is recovery of ORIGINAL investment, nit the MILLIONS in pipe dreams folks still think they may get
even if all shares owned by UC and his cronies are removed we would still have over 200 Billion shares and potential assets wouild never reach a penny per share.
