overachiever, just for the sake of argument...

What kind of a post would you be willing to make if SPNG did make it to NASDAQ? Now, I'm sure before accepting them, they would inquire with the SEC as to anything pending. The SEC won't release any info to the general public, but I'm sure they would confirm anything with NASDAQ before they were listed. Agencies cooperate with each other behind the scenes all the time.
