It's not the "whole argument". The accounting smells very rank as well. It has for a long time. The company has a gagged T/A, they keep raising their A/S, it isn't 8King important (negative) events, downside volume is very heavy since mid June, their auditor just got its license revoked and the Nasdaq uplisting argument is a fantasy. All the red flags you would ever fear to see are flapping in a stiff breeze.

People should proceed at their own risk.

His and their whole argument is that they produced bogus documents to lift the restrictions.. This would explain why they changed transfer agents.. They mightve all of asudden refused to process them anymore?
