Why is the shell viewed as clean ? ...the same unsecured debt exists as before .....nothing was discharged ...unless of course the secured debt is gone ..and the unsecured debt turned out to be 50k instead of 240k due to a lot of what was listed was old debt probably already written off by creditors.
