The CEO will just say there are no plans for a reverse split. They can then reverse it the next day if they wish.

I think when the stock gets to that point in time no one will care if their is a r/s. this company is going to be selling stock forever.

Everything points to failure in this company.

...No sales revenue
...They sold 22mil in land, equip, and/or plants
...Sold 13 million $ in stock
...they have 13 or so subsidaries. all but 1 or 2 are dormant.
...have very high debt

They have not sales revenue, liquidating assets, selling stock...
This is not a company on the up and up. rather down and down.
Beware on buying...
