I could totally see it from a penny that doesn't have a pile of concentrate in a bin just looking for a home. I could totally see it from a penny that is a scam.

means nothing at this juncture. just a sly move from usually not very clever management to protect themselves.

I would be persuaded to agree with you on this, If a penny stock was spitting out PR's left and right. Those are stocks that are truly a buyer beware stock. This stock however is very careful of what PR is released and when it is released. Obviously the this PR to these shareholders Is like an oasis in the desert. Even with the ambiguities this PR'm may have with it, a high degree of credibility should accompany it.
