You haven't been around pennies much have you? They make stuff up as they go along to sell stock knowing people are too lazy to try to confirm anything.

I don't think that's the case here...but I don't KNOW for sure. Just like none of us can KNOW for sure that 'RBS wouldn't allow...' etc etc...see my point?
